Within 30 days of delivery, you can request a replacement or refund for:
- Defective items: Manufacturing defects or items broken on arrival
- Items not as described: Wrong specifications, missing features, or wrong item delivered

- Provide your order number and photos showing the issue
- We will respond within 24 hours
Resolution
For approved claims:
- Replacement: We will reprint your item within 2 business days
- Refund: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Damage caused after delivery
