Within 30 days of delivery, you can request a replacement or refund for:

  • Defective items: Manufacturing defects or items broken on arrival
  • Items not as described: Wrong specifications, missing features, or wrong item delivered

How to Request

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue
  3. We will respond within 24 hours

Resolution

For approved claims:

  • Replacement: We will reprint your item within 2 business days
  • Refund: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

2. What's Not Covered

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Damage caused after delivery
